If you are a normal user, you will probably not even notice it, but it can take up to 10 charges and associated use on your device before it's capable of accepting a full-capacity charge. This is all part of the conditioning process and quite normal. Never try to discharge the batteries. With this type of technology, it will only mean a shorter life; there may well be extended periods where the batteries are not being actively used. If so, ensure they are fully charged beforehand and then recharged every 4 weeks, but do not leave them on the charger for more than 24 hours at a time.
