When your order is delivered, the BMW Z1, Z3, Z4 & Z8 batteries will be almost fully charged. But after starting the engine, make sure you take a run, as the first charge is essential.

You probably will not notice, but it will take up to ten charges and associated use in your device before the batteries are capable of taking a full capacity charge. This is quite normal; do not attempt to fully discharge the batteries. This can drastically reduce lifespan, so it costs you money in the long run. These BMW Z1, Z3, Z4 & Z8 batteries need to be kept charged, so if they are not used, ensure they are charged beforehand and then every 4 weeks. Do not leave them on a charger for more than 24 hours.
