When you receive your new order from us the batteries will be almost fully charged but even so you will still need to complete this charge before first use, the charger will have LED lights which will indicate whether it is still charging or not, you only need to charge them until they are ready, it probably will not take very long, do not miss out this important first step, it will help set them up and possibly extend the overall life expectancy of them
