The Blazer is a Rear Wheel Drive power base that can be used indoors and outdoors. The extremely short wheelbase allows for quick manoeuvrability. With its manual recline function, the Blazer Captain Seat is anatomically contoured and provides excellent comfort. The chair is ideal for people who want simple trunk control and a comfortable ride. The 2-wheel suspension provides additional comfort and a smooth ride. The Blazer's powerful 300W motors allow it to traverse most rough terrain. It is also one of the most compact power chairs on the market, with a total width of only 60cm. The chair glides smoothly and easily through doorways, into lifts, and around in confined spaces.
Available with a few different options such as different controls, attendant control, footplates, handbars, anti-tips and different chairs such as the captain’s seat. Regardless of the version, all require a pair of 50-ampere batteries, which is what we are offering here. We also offer GEL and lithium versions of this battery. Looking after your new batteries for Karma Blazer
Power chairs such as the Karma Blazer are a vital part of their owners' lives; they are a lifeline to the outside world and allow freedom. It is important to look after all parts of the power chair, and that includes the batteries. The first thing to note is that, as with any rechargeable battery, it will require several charges to reach full capacity; this is completely normal. When your new batteries arrive, they must be fully charged; this may only take a couple of hours. More importantly, never leave the battery discharged; charge it as soon as possible after each use until full, and never completely drain it. If the power chair will be inactive for an extended period of time, charge it once a month to extend the life of the batteries.

Available for you to download in the download section is a selection of documents that any owner of a Karma-Blazer should have access to. Feel free to download and keep on your computer or print off for the future, as it has a plethora of important information. This includes details on how to change the batteries over; they are stored underneath the seat, and the hardest part of installation will probably be their weight. If you are struggling, please seek advice from a professional.
Environmentally Friendly
As these batteries are mainly made from lead, it is important that once you're finished with them, they go to a place where they can be recycled and turned into something useful again, instead of going to a landfill site and damaging the earth. This also goes for your old batteries, and if you are unsure where to take them, then please get in touch with your local council, and they will be able to help.
