The batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you will still have to charge them before first use, your charger will indicate to you when it has completed a charge, it will probably not take very long depending on the charger, the light will generally change to indicate this, do not just install and go without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span, it's well worth doing
