Charge your new batteries fully before using them for the first time. It is going to take several uses and respective charges before they will be able to accept a true full capacity charge; this is quite normal and is part of the conditioning process. Please charge as soon as possible after each use; leaving it partially discharged can reduce overall battery life. If you won't be using the product for extended periods, charge every 8 weeks to keep the cells active.
