The Vita standard model is a very modern-looking mobility scooter with very revolutionary styling. Based more on a motorcycle than a mobility scooter, it is easily recognisable, with a top speed of 8mph and a range of up to twenty miles on a new set of standard 50ah batteries. It is has a user weight limit of twenty-five stone. With double wishbone suspension to the front and monoshock to the rear over pierced five-spoke alloy wheels furnished with pneumatic tyres all help to provide a comfortable ride, especially with its adjustable seat. It has a comprehensive electrics pack with LED lighting and a liquid crystal display.
As standard, this model comes with a pair of 50Ah batteries, and that is what this offer is for. They are valve-regulated sealed lead acid with absorbed glass mat technology, better known as VRLA and AGM. They will not spill and are suitable for travel, including aeroplanes, but you should confirm this when you book your flight with the airline.
The batteries will be delivered to you almost completely charged, but you should fully charge them before first use. We would recommend that you charge after each and every use, do not try to deliberately run them down, leaving them in a partially discharged state for any period more than necessary will only shorten the expected life span of them, also if not being used charged every four weeks to keep the cells fresh but never leave on a the charge for more than 24-hours.
