This battery pack will fit all the tools in the range and is compatible with all the chargers. It will replace the Ni-CD and Ni-MH versions of the battery.
When you receive your power tool battery, it is essential to charge it. It will take up to ten cycles before the battery can receive a full capacity charge, recharge and reasonable use in the tool. A cordless power tool is useless without a battery so do your best to look after yours, if you do not use your tool every week, ensure it is charged before you put it away and charge it every six weeks. That does not mean just leaving on a charge that may do more damage than good.
