Despite the fact that the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged the system will still need to complete and finish off a full charge, of course while this charge going on your UPS will not be in a position to offer the full runtime protection until its finished this. while you might just want to install and go, if you can it may be better to start without load until its completed its first charge. this will give the system chance to reset to the new batteries properly.
This type of battery is valve regulated sealed lead acid, they need no maintenance, they will not spill and can be mounted on the side so suitable to be used in rack or tower UPS systems and not-hazardous so safe for mission critical installations.
