This pack contains ten hot swap capable batteries for your Compaq and HP UPS system, they are valve-regulated VRLA and AGM so safe for installation on their side, in this kind of installation they would have an expected life span of between three and five years in normal use and a well-ventilated communications room.

They are hot swap capable but as in common with any UPS system, it will always be better to allow the system to power up without any load for the first twenty-four hours to allow the cells to settle and condition the energy supply.

These batteries are recyclable, at the end of life you should ensure they make their way to a suitable recycling point where they can complete regeneration into another product, maybe even other batteries, the high content of lead that they have is a precious resource that should not be allowed to rot away on landfill, please look after our planet
