The batteries we send out will be almost fully charged, but the system will still want to finish off the full charge, with this at the back of your mind it will mean that there is a certain period of time that the system is unable to offer its full runtime protection while it is doing this, if you are able its always best to do this initial charge without any load to start, we know this may not be convenient in a lot of installations but that is best advise it's up to you whether you heed it
