The new batteries that we dispatch out to you will be almost fully charged but the system will still need to fulfil and complete a service charge after installing, with this in mind it will follow that there will be a short period of time that the system is unable to offer its full runtime protection while it is doing this, we know the system is probably urgently being used but if you can its best to run without a load to start so it can complete the job and reset itself to the new energy level
