Batteries used in this application would have expected life span of between two to five years, how it's used over time however will determine this, ventilation is important, best placed to site would be in an air conditioned communications room, batteries will in general get hot if the heat cannot disperse it will shorten life span, keeping the overall load low will also help prolong the life span, in a ideal world keep it below 40%, many systems are run to the maximum of their capabilities, while they may be able to do this it will have a adverse effect on battery life.
