Even though the batteries we send to you will almost be fully charged the UPS will still need to complete a full charge, with this in mind it will mean that there is a period of time that the system is unable to offer full runtime protection while it is doing this, if you can its best to do this initial charge without any load, we know this may not be convenient in a lot of installations but that is best advise
