This valve regulated lead acid battery or VRLA cell is used in many devices such as household and commercial alarm systems and security doors through to mobility lifts.

If this is not being installed in a device with constant mains supply then you should be aware of the best way of treating such a cell. best way is to charge it after every use, it will last much longer if you discharge it a maximum of 50%. do not deliberately try to run it all the way down, it will only shorten the expected life span.
This product is recyclable, at the end of its life direct it to a recycle centre.
