Ordered 2 x MK M50-12 SLD batteries for my XTR2. They arrived the next day and they arranged a courier to return the old ones for recycling a couple of days later, so that I had time to make sure the new ones were OK A very efficient Company with friendly customer service, speedy delivery and a recycling option as well what's not to like. I needed a pair of new batteries for my Mobility Scooter which I was bringing back to life. When I first purchased my scooter 2019, I didn't realise the batteries needed charging even if I didn't use them. So this is why I had to purchase some new batteries from BatteryTrader. It was very easy to find the correct model of battery using the search on their website, but not only that because I'm disabled I was able get them at a reduced price (no VAT). Brilliant. Ordering them was a simple process, the web site walked me through each stage, and to get the reduced price (for being disabled) all I had to do is fill in a short form at the check out process. From ordering to receiving them, was literally only a few days. They were extremely well packaged, but not only that they came with instructions about their first charge, and how to continue charging them with future uses. This little bit of paper was very valuable to me. The batteries are now installed, and my scooter is now functioning perfectly once again, I now have significantly more independence. I'm not sure if anybody at BatteryTrader will read this, but I would like to thank you for a really good, seamless service. For anybody thinking about purchasing a battery (maybe for their mobility scooter), I highly recommend these guys. I am now on my third set of these batteries for my all-terrain mobility scooter. I often use it for long country walks on rough paths and uneven terrain. One set lasts me around 18 months before the range starts to drop slightly, but for someone just using them for shopping or local trips on pavements, they would last much longer.
