The batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you will still have to charge them before first use, the time of the first charge will be dependent on the charger, just leave it on until its finished, it will probably not take very long, do not miss out this important first step, it will help set them up and possibly extend the overall life expectancy of them
