The Yamaha XV535 is a 535cc 4 valve v-Twin engine over a five speed transmission, the style of the bike is that of a cruiser and certainly can give there American counterparts a run for their money, they are reliable and easy to ride, may not be the fastest thing on the road but it is after all a cruiser and has plenty of low down grunt.

After activation of the battery when you receive it there will be enough energy to start a normal working engine, however you should take it for a run after this as the first charge is very important. The battery is a replacement Yb12ALA, as a responsible motorcycle rider you should check that is what you have now before ordering. If you use your bike all year round then you will get the best from your new battery, if however you are a more seasonal rider then you should ensure that the battery is charged every 6-weeks to keep the cells fresh, in a ideal world it would be best to remove the battery from the bike during the off season. Please ensure you offer the battery up to your old one before activation, batteries cannot be returned once activated, activation kit supplied.
