Please charge your new Ceteor 862-520 battery when it arrives and is first used. Charge after every use. If not being used, recharge every six weeks to keep the cells in good order.
It will take several charges and uses before the equipment can accept a full-capacity charge; this is normal and part of the conditioning process for all rechargeable batteries.
