I ordered a replacement battery for a Sony laptop. Initially it was out of stock but I was kept informed of progress and the battery arrived, well packed and fitted the laptop. It is still undergoing its initial charging cycles so I cannot comment on its behaviour but the service from Battery Trader was excellent.
