After you install your new battery and before first use, charge it fully; this shouldn’t take long. The most important tip for best battery care is to charge it as soon as possible after every use. If you won't use it for an extended period, recharge it every six weeks to keep the batteries charged and avoid storing them in a drained state.
These batteries are sealed lead AGM and can be mounted on their side, making them (and your old ones) environmentally friendly and recyclable. When they reach the end of their useful life, please take them to your local recycling centre so that they can be transformed into something new and continue on their green journey.
