This Semi electric pallet truck series supplied by EP Equipment is designed to transport goods on level surfaces and used to move pallets. The lift is manual by pumping and drive is assisted eletronicly, the speed will be affected by the weight you are carrying. Do not exceed the carry weight of your particular truck.

Two batteries are in this set as required to be fitted to the above pallet trucks.
These batteries are valve-regulated sealed lead acid, AGM, they are sealed and will not spill any hazardous liquids. They need no maintenance, except of course, charging. You may note that it will take up to ten charges and use in the equipment before the cells can reach full capacity, this is quite normal and you probably will not even notice.
Charging and maintenance EPT20-15EHJ battery:
The manual will state that you should recharge when the battery indicator tells you that there is less than 20% capacity in the cells. While we aggree that it certainly needs charging at this stage it does not tell the whole story, leaving them in a discharged state for any longer than absolutly nessesasry will only shorten the life span of the batteries. If you are using the pallet truck daily then charge every night.
If its not being used for long periods then recharge every four weeks. Charge the batteries when they arrive and first use. Do not leave on the charger for any longer than required to get a full capacity charge.
