The Noblelift ECL 15B pallet truck runs on a 24-volt system powered by four 12V 60Ah GEL batteries. This pack provides the strength and reliability needed to keep warehouse operations moving, delivering steady power for lifting, driving, and manoeuvring throughout a full shift.
Each battery in the set is a sealed 12V 60Ah GEL unit, built for deep-cycle use. The GEL design locks the electrolyte in a silica gel, making the batteries completely maintenance-free, spill-proof, and tough enough to handle vibration and knocks in busy warehouse environments. Compared to older flooded batteries, they last longer, hold charge better, and cope well with the stop-start nature of pallet truck work.

To maximise lifespan, fully recharge the pack after each use and avoid leaving the system discharged. Use a smart industrial charger programmed for GEL/VRLA batteries to ensure controlled current and correct float voltage levels. Once the batteries reach end of life, they should be recycled responsibly through a licensed collection point.
