AGM batteries are widely used in portable devices. They can be safely mounted on the side; they don't need fluid top-ups; they will not leak; they need no maintenance; they are valve-regulated (VRLA).
It is far better to charge this type of battery after every use; try not to let it run down below 20% of the charge, and that way, it will last much longer; if it is not being used for long periods, then charge every five weeks to keep the cells topped up with energy.
This is a recyclable product. Please ensure it ends up at a recycling point at the end of its life so it can be turned into another battery. This is a green, eco-friendly product if recycled, and it helps save the planet we all live on.
