The Motor Neurone Disease Association and Quickie Salsa have collaborated on the development of the MND Neurochair to provide the best value for people with MND and other disorders of a similar nature. This incredible powered wheelchair was created to help patients overcome the challenges of the disease. It is easy to use with a combination of inside manoeuvrability and outdoor performance, thanks to its multi-adjustable seating system, expanding customised controls, easy transfers, and mid-wheel drive base.
Due to its mid-wheel-drive and smaller turning circle, the Quickie Salsa MND Neurochair is easier to drive because you don't need to account for extra space for swinging the powerchair around. This makes it ideal for people who may have trouble operating switches or head controls, or driving a powered wheelchair. When travelling over obstacles, the revolutionary all-wheel independent suspension absorbs shocks and bumps, delivering the market's softest and smoothest ride.
The batteries will be supplied mostly charged. Please charge them completely before first use and after each use, as leaving them drained can cause damage. A top-up charge will help them last longer if you won't use them for more than eight weeks at a time.
