There are several APC Smart-UPS 5000 units. This battery set is for the SU5000i. This will be printed on the reverse of the unit. It will fit any unit that takes a pair of RBC12s.

Replacement batteries to fit the 2 x RBC12 Battery modules for the APC Smart-UPS 5000 SU5000I UPS system. The pack contains eight 12-volt sealed lead-acid batteries. As these are sealed, they require no maintenance and, within the UPS system, should last between 3-5 years under normal conditions.
