After you unpack your new battery order from us, you'll notice it has a good charge. You still need to fully charge it before first use; charge it until the charger LED lights indicate they are ready. It probably won't take long. This first step is important, so do not ignore it. Do not use without this initial charge; doing so can shorten expected lifespan.
Unless you are a very heavy user, you probably won't even notice that it can take several charge and use cycles before your equipment reaches full capacity. This is all part of the conditioning process. Make sure you charge your new batteries after each use. They can handle many charges, but this will decrease if you let them run down in between. Do not fully discharge the batteries; it will reduce their lifespan and cost you money in the long run. If you are not using the batteries for extended periods, remember to recharge them every four weeks, and do not store them discharged, even partially.
