The Haulotte Star 10 vertical mast is built for precision and smooth control in tight working spaces, and this replacement battery set restores its full lifting capability. The Star 10 has batteries similar to those of its smaller siblings, the Star 6 and 8. The Star 10 as standard comes with slightly higher ampere batteries, and that is what we are offering here.

Flooded or wet Haulotte Star 10 batteries are the standard in these types of applications due to their deep-cycle capacity, cost-efficiency, and ease of maintenance. However, you can upgrade to AGM or GEL to eliminate the need for liquid top-ups.
Always charge the Haulotte Star 10 batteries following the manufacturer’s recommendations and avoid allowing them to discharge too deeply, as this shortens their service life. Check the batteries regularly for any signs of wear, leaks, or physical damage, and keep the terminals clean, tight, and free of corrosion. When the lift is not in use, store it in a cool, dry environment to help preserve battery condition and maintain reliable power over time.

Alternative with 2v cells:
Some of the Haulotte Star 10 vertical mast units will come with a different battery configuration: still 24v, but using twelve 2-volt cells in two banks. We can also replace these, but they are a little bit more complicated, they are normally either supply only, for you to fit yourself, or supplied and fitted on site and the old cells taken away, also not all the systems have the same layout. So, for the versions with the two-volt cells, we require a bit more information: pictures of the metal plates on the battery tank, a picture of the cells in the tank, and your location. We can then offer a bespoke price.
