It is important that when you receive the new batteries, you follow a few battery maintenance steps. First, charge your new batteries before first use. This should not take long, as we do charge them before sending them out; however, some of the charge may be lost in transit. Always charge your batteries after every use, and if not being used for longer periods, a top-up charge every 8 weeks will help prolong the battery cells' life.
These scooters take a total of three 12v 12Ah batteries as standard. This, however, can be upgraded to 14Ah by selecting the upgrades section above. This simply means that your electric scooter will have more miles between charges, ultimately providing longer-lasting power.
