After using your portable devices, be sure to put the batteries back on charge promptly; you do not want them to remain partially discharged. Do not attempt to deliberately discharge the batteries, as this will not rejuvenate them and may actually harm them, reducing their lifespan.
If there are extended periods when the batteries are not in use, ensure they are fully charged before storing them. Additionally, top them up every four weeks, but do not leave them on a charger for more than 24 hours at a time.
