If you will be using this replacement Dong Jin GT9A-BS battery to start an engine in something like a generator, it's fair to assume you won't use it every day in most circumstances. If so, you still need to keep the battery in good order. Charge when it arrives and before first use. If there will be long periods where it's not being used, then recharge every four weeks to keep the cells active. This assumes nothing is draining power in between; even leaving the ignition on can drain it completely.
The very best way of looking after the battery if there will be long periods where it's not being used, perhaps it's only used during one of the seasons in the year, would be to remove the battery or at least disconnect it from the frame and recharge every six weeks. Do not leave it on a charger; charge until fully charged, then remove it.
