The Snap-On EEJP500V24 is a capable Jump pack. It can start 12V and 24V engines because it has two batteries inside. It has long 60-inch cables, which make it much easier to use, plus a handy 12V power inlet for charging in the vehicle. Your Snap-On EEJP500V24 booster Jump Start pack will probably only be used in emergencies, so it's worth ensuring it's ready to perform when you need it. Charge your new Snap-On EEJP500V24 batteries when they arrive, and charge as soon as you can after every use; also, if they're not being used, recharge every six weeks, but do not leave them on the charger; just until fully charged overnight is fine.
It will take around ten uses and related charges before your new batteries can accept a full-capacity charge; this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries go through.
These AGM batteries are of the highest calibre and contain a sizable amount of lead. Although recyclable, this lead makes the batteries hefty.
