Your mower will recharge your battery while it is being used; starting will drain the cells, but once you have cut your grass, it will be topped back up, generally, which is fine if used all year round. But, should there be long periods where it is not being used, like the winter season, the best advice we could give would be to disconnect from the frame and recharge every six weeks.
