Compatible replacement for the HY12-18-3 battery found in a variety of machines, 12v rechargeable high quality sealed lead batteries
The HY12-18-3 battery is used in specific equipment manufactured in nations in the Far East. Although this specific battery model isn't very common in Europe, many of our customers have successfully used our replacement batteries to restart their equipment, which includes everything from motorhome generators to lawn mowers and possibly alot more.
As with all our rechargeable batteries, the battery will be shipped to you nearly completely charged, however it's best to charge it right away. The equipment for which it is designed, such motorhome generators or similar usually has a built-in charging system that efficiently preserves the battery's condition while the machine is in use. When the equipment is used on a regular basis, this is true. To make sure the cells stay active and effective, it is advised to recharge the battery every six weeks if there is a prolonged period of non-use.
This battery is a standard 18ah however we do have some upgrades available which will increase the ampere output but without changing the physical size. This is particularly great for situations where you would like a longer runtime in between charges.
