Replacing the battery pack:
It is fairly simple to replace; just follow a few easy steps. First, remove the right-side front panel, then detach the three retaining screws for the cable protection cover and remove it. Remove the single retaining screw that holds the battery pack in place and disconnect the black and red cables. Carefully remove the old battery pack and replace it with the new one. Reverse the previous procedures and assemble the screws, cover, cable, and front panel. Finally, charge the unit for 4-8 hours to confirm the UPS functions as planned.
Recycling your old battery:
This product can be recycled. Send it to a recycling facility to ensure it is recycled at the end of its useful life. There are a lot nearby. You can find a list at your local council.
