These batteries are usually found in Gallagher fence energisers to keep livestock in or pests out. As such, they can take a lot of abuse. Ensure you check them regularly, many are charged via a solar panel, which is perfect when the weather is just right, but too much, or too little sunlight will have a detrimental effect, shortening the battery's life span.
