Yuasa NP3.2-12 battery 12v sealed lead AGM VRLA batteries.
Replacement Yuasa NP3.2-12 battery, 12v non-spillable sealed lead acid rechargeable compatible VRLA AGM batteries, they are safe to use indoors and portable devices, 3.2-amp hour at low prices.
This size battery is used in many pieces of equipment, we see them in household and commercial alarm systems, some mobility hoists and even items like children's smaller ride on cars so they are widely used for many purposes.
This type of battery does not need any maintenance as it is sealed, the chemistry make up is valve regulated sealed lead acid or VRLA, it is also AGM or absorbed glass mat, it will not leak if mounted on its side and is not-hazardous so can be used indoors without concern.
Although we state it does not need maintenance it does need to be kept charged, if its being used in something with its own built in mains connected device, like a alarm system then the battery is being used as a backup, the charging is conducted via the equipment and will do a very good job of it lasting many years, you should however check it after a couple of years just to make sure, better that than in years to come you get woken up because the alarm has gone off with a power cut.
If its going into something that requires manual charging them do so when you receive the battery and first use, charge after each and every use, this type of cell is capable of many charges, but if left partially of fully discharged then it will start to degrade and life span will be reduced, if not using it for long periods then a top up every 8-weeks will help. Do not leave on the charger for any longer than required to obtain a full capacity charge.
