It may be apparent that it will take a few charges and associated use in your vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, never try to discharge the batteries all the way down, this will only reduce the life span and cost you money in the long run, these batteries need to be kept charged, so if there is any reason where they are not be used then ensure they are charged beforehand and then every 4-weeks, but do not leave on a charger for more than 24-hours
These batteries are sealed for life so there is no need for any maintenance the plates are made from lead calcium mix which helps to slow down the natural self discharge and reduce over charging which in turn will reduce fluid loss so they last longer, it is not however suitable to be mounted on its side
