Fully charge your new compatible Bosch drill replacement battery before using it for the first time, do not just plug it into your tool. you may note that it will take several charges and uses in your tool before it is capable of reaching a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, it's a process that all rechargeable batteries go through when conditioning, so try to use it as much as you can for the first few times and within the first week.
