The Invacare Storm 2 and 3 Euro is a powered mobility wheelchair which can dismantle for easy transportation with features such as reclining and folding backrest with swivel seat, removable footrests
The standard Storm Euro mobility power chair batteries are two 12-volt 70ah, this offer is for a pair of 75ah AGM batteries to replace them, it does mean more miles are achievable on a single charge.
Looking after mobility batteries s very easy if you follow simple rules, charge when they turn up and before first use, charge after every use, even if that means charging more than once in a day, lead batteries are capable of lasting a long time but if you allow the cells to be partially discharged they start to degrade, so do your best to keep them charged, if you are not using them then also every 8-weeks. One point that should be added though, do not leave on the charger for any longer than required to have a full capacity charge, any longer and you risk overcharging and heating which reverser's the good work you have made maintaining them
Valve regulated sealed lead acid or VRLA batteries with absorbed glass mat construction better know as AGM, they will not spill, not-hazardous and suitable for use indoors or travelling including aeroplanes but please contact your airline to confirm
