This small battery is found in many devices, from passenger lifts and elevator intercom systems to portable music speakers.
We will deliver this battery with a reasonable charge, but it is always good practice to fully charge a new rechargeable battery when it arrives and is first used. If it is going in a piece of equipment with its own mains-connected charging circuit, then it will probably do an excellent job of maintaining the energy level for you.
If it is to be fitted within a portable device, we recommend charging it after every use. It will never be a good idea to leave the battery in a discharged state. If it is not used for long periods, recharge it every six weeks to keep it in good condition.
