This offer is for a matched pair of valve-regulated lead-acid batteries. They are absorbed glass mat (AGM), non-hazardous, and won't spill; they are deemed safe for travel on public transport, including air travel, although you should always inform your airline at the time of booking.
It is always better to charge straight away after every use than to try to discharge them. They will perform much better if you do not discharge below 50%. Never leave them fully charged for long periods. If they are not being used, charge them every five or six weeks.
This is a recyclable product. When they reach the end of their life, take them to a recycling point so they can be made into another product; more details are on our recycling page.
