This is a pair of 62ah batteries, more often than not found on a mobility scooter or powerchair.

This battery has the same case size as the more familiar 55ah but with extra capacity meaning more miles with every charge.
Your new batteries will come with a reasonable charge, but even so, you should charge them when they arrive and first use. It is best practice to charge as soon as possible after each use. It will do them no good if they are allowed to sit in a discharged state for longer than necessary. If they are not being used for long periods, you should recharge them every four weeks to keep the cells active, but do not leave them on the charger for any longer than required. Overnight is fine, but not for days at a time.
