This is the rack-mount version of this skim UPS it is a 1000VA 900 watt uninterruptible power supply with a physical case size of 438mm wide, 450mm deep ans 86.5mm high, it is a 2U system designed to be mounted in a rack but can still sit in a tower orientation if need be. It has a LCD monitoring screen to the front, 6 standard C13 power outlets to the rear, it takes a total of three 12-volt 9ah batteries and that is what we are offering on this page, they are valve regulated or VRLA with AGM technology, they will not leak, safe, not-hazardous and can be mounted on the side with no maintenance required throughout their life.
You should of course refer to your manual for battery fitments but it is a matter of undoing the two screws on the front panel to the right (if sitting in a rack) you can then slide the panel to the right to remove, but make sure you leave the ribbon connecting the LCD screen in place behind here you will see the battery tray which can be slid with batteries inside, be careful though it is heavy.
