Looking after batteries, regardless of they are being installed into is very important. You may find conflicting information on the internet about how to maintain them but it comes down to a few simple rules. First and most importantly, charge after every use! Leaving a battery in a discharged state for an extended period of time is the quickest way to diminish them. Secondly, if not going to be used for longer periods, charge every four weeks to keep the cells in good condition. Lastly, do not overcharge by leaving on charge for longer than required.
The batteries supplied with these machines from new would have been twenty amperes whereas what we are offering here is twenty-two. This slight upgrade will allow for a longer runtime in between charges.
