The Jolly Boot mobility scooter manufactured by Drive and supplied by Ableworld has a strong following for a lightweight budget-price machine. The easy-split system means that the scooter separates into five lightweight parts making it ideal for taking away on holiday, fitting into a car boot for trips to the supermarket, or storing around the home. It has features such as a comfortable and padded seat that swivels and adjustable armrests that flip up for easy access on and off the scooter. This scooter also has a good turning circle and adjustable speed control allowing for easy manoeuvrability around the home and shops.
Important - Please Note: There are now two boxes for the Jolly Boot, if your box does NOT have CMS001 on it then choose the "MK Original 12ah Upgrade" from the dropdown menu in the easy upgrade above, as this battery will have a different terminal.
These batteries are sealed, non-hazard, and not-spillable AGM type. This means they are great for transportation including airlines which accept these however you should tell them when booking. They are also environmentally friendly and recyclable as they are mainly made of lead, once these batteries have come to the end of their life then please recycle them at your local recycling centre.

There are two batteries in this set. They go inside the battery box for the Jolly Boot mobility scooter. Easy to fit, roll it upside down and remove the screws holding the lid on, then turn it back, take off the lid and you will see the two batteries. There are only two cables on each, so it is unlikely that you will make a mistake. Perhaps you can take a picture so you have something to refer to.
Although these batteries are AGM and maintenance-free, charging your batteries is very important. Most of the damage occurs when they are allowed to run flat, so please charge upon delivery and before first use although this should not take long as all our batteries are dispatched with sufficient charge. If a period of six weeks will pass without use then charge them to slow down the natural discharge rate. Once these batteries have come to the end of their life then please recycle them, they are mainly made of lead which means they can be made into a different product.
This offer is for the standard 12ah batteries that would be been installed by Drivel at point of sale. We can also offer higher ampere in the way of 14ah, having these upgrades will allow for a longer runtime in between charges, giving you more miles. We can also offer LiFePo4 versions, which are a whole different ball game and will last much longer overall.
