Keep your new Husqvarna CZ4815KAA, CZ4817KOA, CZ4818BIA & CZE4818KAA lawn mower tractor battery fully charged—charge when it arrives and before the first use. If you are not using it during the winter season, our best advice is to remove it from the machinery or at least disconnect it from the frame. Charge it, then store it somewhere dry, keep it off a cold garage floor, even if it's on a thick piece of timber. Recharge every 8 weeks to help offset the natural self-discharge that occurs from non-use; do not leave it on a charger 24/7 either. This can do more damage than good.
