Electric scooters are becoming ever more popular in today’s world for all different groups of people; they can be used for fun or for a serious mode of transport. Whatever the reasoning is eventually the batteries will come to the end of their life and they will need replacing. On offer here is a pack of two 12-volt 7ah batteries to replace the old ones.

Installing these batteries should be fairly simple, first of all you need to unscrew and take off the footplate and detach the battery from the scooter. Re-use the wires by either pushing the connectors onto the new battery or some may need to soldered. Simply put the battery back, connect it up and screw the footplate back into place.
Maintaining the life of batteries is very important, especially on products like this as you want maximum range. To make them last as long as possible please charge it for a number of hours before first use and after every use, also if you don’t use it for a month the battery will start to discharge so give it a charge to keep the battery at 100%.
