The Volt 120 is an electric scooter produced by Zinc that is very popular in the scooter world; wether used for fun or for transport it should fulfil all your needs. The battery will eventually run out of charge and you will need to replace them and this is what is on offer here.

The standard batteries that come with the scooter will be 4.5ah but if you want to upgrade to a higher ampere battery you can. We can supply the same physical size battery but with an extra amp giving you a little more use time between charges, use the easy upgrade option above.

To install the batteries you must first unscrew the footplate and take it off, inside you will see a pack of two batteries. Take the plastic off of these and put onto your new batteries, you may need to solder these. Put the new batteries in place, screw the footplate back on and you’re good to go, simple as that.

Please ensure you charge both batteries before first use and after every use to maintain a good battery life. If there is a period of four weeks or so when the scooter won’t be in use then make sure you give the battery a top up charge.
