The Hyundai HY2000SEi is a medium sized 4.9hp 4-stroke 125cc generator often used in motor-homes, caravans, boats and other leisure activities with a 2200w or 2.2kW output.
Includes Connectors
We now include a pair of 6.35mm F2/T2 connectors with this battery. This is because on some installations the device has ring connections, the battery for this is no longer available, converting to spade connections gets around this fact. Simply remove the ring and crimp on the supplied connections instead.
Connector Update - we are now supplying the battery with two short bespoke cables, terminated with a spade connection at one end. plus at the other a ring, plus a nut and bolt so it can connect to the existing loop on your generator. Plus two lengths of shrink tube to cover the join. The nut and bolt are 8mm spanner, the shrink tube is activated by heat, a heat gun, hot hairdryer, soldering iron even a lighter with set it so every one will have one of these in the home.
The real problem with this type of equipment it its often only used during the summer, if it’s not being used the battery will still need to be recharged every six weeks so it’s in good condition come the following spring, the battery itself will not spill and needs no maintenance, except of course charging.
